II.Features of the machine
1.The feeding unit is equipped with a pre-piling device to increase the production efficiency.
2.High strength feeder uses 4 lifting suckers and 4 forwarding suckers to ensure smooth running with no missing of sheet even at high speed.
3.The electric control system with touch screen and PLC program monitors automatically the working condition and facilitate trouble shooting. The electric design conforms to the CE standard.
4.Gluing unit uses high precise coating roller, together with specially designed metering roller enhances the evenness of gluing.The unique gluing roller with glue stopping device and automatic glue level control system guarantees backflow with no overflow of glue.
5.Machine body are processed by CNC lathe in one process, which ensures the precise of every positions. Toothed belts for transferring guarantees smooth running with low noise. Motors and the spares uses Chinese famous brand with high efficiency, less trouble and long service life.
6.Corrugated board feeding unit adopts powerful servo motor control system with the features of high sensitivity and fast speed. The suction unit uses unique dust collection filter box,which enhances suction force for different corrugated paper, ensuring smooth running with no double or more sheets, no missing of sheets.
7.The pressure of the rollers are adjusted synchronously by one hand wheel, easy to operate with even pressure, which ensures the flute not to be damaged.
8.All material bought from outside are inspected according to ISO-9001 standard and the key parts such as bearings are imported ones.
9. The bottom sheet for this machine can be A, B, C, E, F flute corrugated sheet. The top sheet can be 150-450 GSM. It can do 3 or 5 ply corrugated board to sheet lamination with the thickness not more than 8mm. It has top paper advance or alignment function.

Top paper feeding part
The powerful feeder has four lifting suckers and four forwarding suckers, which can be adjusted front and back electrically.
Positioning part
STM Series Automatic Flute Laminator adopts unique pressing spring front lay registration design compliant with PLC control system which makes machine run at high lamination procession and low rate of breaking down.
Bottom paper feeding part
The longthened Japanese NITTA brand suction belt works with the paper supporting shaft, which is suitable for various kinds of curved paperboard.
Double servo control for bottom paper
The vacuum feeding and belts are controlled by Delta brand servo motors for a fast and more accurate corrugated paper feeding.
Bottom paper pressing device
Laminating part
The core designed rubber roller together with knurled gluing roller enhances glue saving and evenness of gluing,and the unique watering roller ensures water supply for corrugated board.
All rollers are ballance tested to guarantee the stability when running at high seeped.
Pressure adjusting for the laminating part
The pressure of the rollers are adjusted synchronously , easy to operate and easy for order changing.
The dial handwheels are easy for observation and operation
Gluing system
Using stainless steel gear pump, glue circulates automatically.
Transmission structure
The machine adopts belt driving and transmission, low noise and high transmission precision.
Automatic Lubricating System
Using Auto-central oil supply system for automatic lubrication.
Press conveyor
It is equipped with casters and rails, which can be pushed back and forth to facilitate cleaning and maintenance of the main part.
The upper pressing belt can be adjusted front and back, which is convenient and fast to operate.
