GLUING PART

• It is equipped with a mechanical lower gluing tanks on each side, working with the special design, which ensures no glue splashing and  easy cleaning even under a high speed running.
• An electronic glue spraying system is available for option for special shaped bottom lock boxes and small boxes.

FINAL FOLDING PART

• Equipped with two or three sets of guide plates, and the belt can be converted according to the box types, which is easy for various box types.

PRESSING PART

• Paper jamming detection device.
• High-speed counting and kicking device.
• The upper and lower belts can be adjusted easily according to the box type.
• The whole machine will stop when touching.  

DELIVERY PART

• The pneumatic pressure here is adjusted intelligently. It is equipped with an independent sponge belt to increase the pressure on the flap of the lock bottom box and the special-shaped box, and make the box stick firmly.
