Performance
1.STMT-1450W Automatic Flute laminator could do three in one lamination and also could do the lamination of single layer with cardboard paper. The machine is composed by top paper feeding unit,to paper transferring unit, top paper positioning unit,upper and lower bottom paper feeding unit, upper and lower bottom paper positioning unit, harmonic gear, two gluing system and press-conveyor unit.
2.The feeding unit enables top paper move into delivery roller smoothly. The movement of top paper mainly depends on the belt with the top pressure wheels to ensure paper feeding successfully.
3.The side lay positioning system for top paper ensures the transfer accuracy before lamination.
4.The bottom paper feeding unit mainly depends on suction belt to make the corrugated paper go into bottom paper positioning unit smoothly.  
5.In bottom paper positioning unit, when the pusher push paper ahead, it also assures the bottom paper feeding accuracy.
6.The gluing system supplies glue on the bottom paper to ensure the lamination of top paper and bottom paper.
7.The conveyor unit presses the top paper and bottom paper after gluing to get a good lamination.
Main process of lamination 
Top corrugated paper and bottom corrugated paper move ahead synchronously. One side of corrugated paper is positioned by side lay and the other side is positioned by spring lays which means when the other side hits the spring lays, the paper will be bounced back to make it close to the side lay. The front movement is pushed by pusher. After gluing of bottom corrugated paper and press with the top corrugated paper , the multi-layer bottom paper could be formed. Then the multi-layer bottom paper will go to gluing unit and laminated with cardboard paper. After pressing, the multi-layer laminated paper could be finished.
The registration for the cardboard and corrugated board is carried out by the harmonic gear.
Meanwhile, the machine not only could do the lamination of multi-layer corrugated paper with cardboard paper, but also could do the lamination of single layer with card board to realize many kinds of lamination such as 1+2,3+2,1+2+2, 3+2+2.
