2.Machine Introduction:
BYTC-1100 automatic window sticking machine, manufactured with international advanced technology, is the key equipment in the packaging process. The whole machine has passed the CE certification and obtained the certificate.
1) This machine realizes the full servo motor control of paper feeding and film feeding, with accurate film cutting size and high patch precision.
2) The paper feeding adopts a unique suction paper feeding, equipped with imported wear-resistant perforated belts, with high speed and no sheets losing.
3) The gluing part adopts an advanced licking glue structure, which saves the amount of glue and is easy to adjust. A pneumatic separation device is installed to prevent glue from sticking to the belt.
4) The suction belt adopts imported whole perforated belt to ensure that the paper has no stall and no displacement when the paper is pasted, and the pasting is accurate.
5) It adopts the high-precision harmonic device used in aerospace to compensate the error between linear motion and circular motion, leading the world.
6) The film-cutting knife adopts the most advanced materials, it improves the wear resistance and the knife has a long service life.
7) The scientifically designed angle between the film breaking cylinder and the knife holder makes the film cutting smooth and noiseless.
8)The paper delivery adopts the inching structure as a fish scale type for easy delivery.
9) The paper feeding adopts a special structure design, which realizes the smooth completion of both cardboard and corrugated paper.

2.Features of machine
A. BYTC-1100 Window Patching Machine is used for window patching with film for the packing boxes like mobile phone box, wine box, napkin box, clothes box, milk box, as well as greeting card etc. It can also do partial surface gluing and lamination for cardboard (with reinforced paper).
B. The machine uses PLC central control with touch screen and photoelectric tracing to realize automatic paper feeding, paper conveying,window gluing or partial paper gluing for laminating, film notching, film patching and paper delivery.

C. The paper feeding part adopts servo system which ensures accurate inching, high-speed paper feeding, stable working and excellent precision.

D. The film feeding part uses multi-roller-pressed way with servo motor control. Film size can be adjusted and film can be notched and cut at any position.

D.One suction belt ensures high registration accuracy for film with window and with almost no error. It is adjustable and easy to operate.

E. Specially designed gluing structure ensures eveness of glue,adjustable glue amount and glue saving, it can be pulled out for cleaning, easy to operate and convenient to maintenance.
