2. The longitudinal foil-delivering unit can be pulled out when foil installation, convenient for operation.
3. Pneumatic chase-locking device enhances the automation.
4. The front-and-back registration of gripper bars uses adjustable device, convenient for operation.
5. Cooling device for lubrication reduces wearing of parts when they are heated, and ensures the constant pressure of die-cutting and foil stamping.

7. The machine adopts advanced unique cam indexing device, pressure adjusting device, pneumatic chase-locking device, high-precision chain for driving and pneumatic clutch.
8. Special designed feeder does not need too much for the sheet.

10. The steel plate can be made into 4+1 type, easy to change.

12. Four front lay and two side lay use optical fiber with high precision. Sheet not getting in proper position can be detected and machine will stop in time to avoid reject.

B.Die-cutting Unit 1. Taiwan made high pressure oil pump, lubricate the oil path by high pressure, which prevent the machine part from wear and tear.
2. Newly developed transmission mechanism ensures high-speed die-cutting, and the high-precision platform enhances the speed for die preparing.
3. Pneumatic chase locking device ensures firmly locking and time saving. German made chain used for gripper bar ensures long service life and stable die-cutting precision.
4. The American style Indexing device is the main driving system of the die-cutting machine, which enhances the die-cutting speed, die-cutting precision and reduces the noise.
5. The Italy made pneumatic brake and clutch as well as Japan made SMC rotary joint confirms to the European standard with rapid separation and reunion, large force, long service life and low noise.
B. Delivery unit
1. Automatic delivery with stacker for tidy sheet delivery.
2. The sampling device is convenient for checking sheet number.
C. Electric control unit
1. PLC for automatic control is made in OMRON, Touch screen is made in WEINVIEW, Taiwan, buttons and contactor are made in Schneidr, France. The machine is automatically detected and controlled from feeding, sheet transferring, die-cutting, to delivery. The Delta frequency converter, CPG (Taiwan) reducer, Siemens (Germany) main motor (7.5kw) will save one third electric charge for your company.
2. Touch screen can rotate for 180 degree, which is easy to operate. It displays various working conditions and the location of the troubles and solution.
3. Equipped with safety devices, when trouble occurs, they will give an alarm and make the machine stop to ensure safety both to operator and machine.
Distinctive point of the machine:
1. Worm and worm gear
Worm gear is made of special alloy copper with thicken design and manually scraped by the experienced technician. Thus ensures the high-precision mating surface, and wear-resistance, and prolong the service life of the machine.
Worm is made of 40CR steel with quenching and grinding processing, ensuring high precision.
2. Indexing device is made of nodular cast iron HT350, the cam is made of Gcr15 and ground by special cam grinding machine, with high accuracy, low noise and long lifespan. The output shaft is entirely machined for ensuring the output precision. Errors of run out and axial shift for input shaft and output shaft, as well as errors of output shaft and fitting surface conform to the company standard.
3. Quality control System
All electric parts bought from outside are inspected according to CE standard and the production is controlled according to standard of ISO9001 quality management control system.
4. Special designed feeder
The feeder designed by our company is available for minimum sheet size of 320*210mm and maximum sheet size of 720*520mm with accurate design and simply structure. It is pioneering in the world.
5. Touch screen with fine appearance
To meet the requirements of foreign customer, we use special rotary arm, aluminium alloy chassis, 10 inch screen, which can be rotated within 180-degree plane, very easy to operate.
