Product Description

Laminating machine
This machine is made up of seven units: Feeder, Face paper feeding unit, bottom paper feeding unit, laminating unit, conveying unit, electric control system, driving system.
A. Feeder:
A. Face paper is delivered one by one by feeder head with four lifting suckers and four forwarding suckers, smooth and accurate.
B. Five limit switches and brake for lifting motor ensure stable delivering of paper.
C. The pre-feeding device with 1.8m height of paper pile, enables paper piling without stopping the machine for a long time, thus the production efficiency is greatly increased.

B. Face paper feeding unit:
A. Flat belt enables paper to be delivered smoothly and accurately.
B. The pressing wheel and pressing strip avoid face paper from being warped.
C. Equipped with a sensor, ensures bottom paper feeding in time. When bad feeding occurs, it will send a signal.

C. Bottom paper feeding unit:
A. Equipped with side guide, feeding knife, suction belt, suction boxes, and rear leading rod, the bottom paper can be delivered smoothly and stably.
B. Suction boxes, suction belt and feeding knife avoid corrugated paper from being warped.
C. Equipped with a filter for corrugated paper, dust and paper can be absorbed.
D. Equipped with bottom paper sensor to facilitate counting and monitor the condition of bottom paper.
E. The suction belt use brake motor with encoder to ensure the accurate feeding of bottom paper.

D. Laminating unit
A. The metering roller can be adjusted by a hand wheel to ensure glue proper and even.
B. Glue level controller is equipped with a probe to guarantee automatic glue application.
C. The glue inlet use filter net to filter off the waste paper and granulate of glue to ensure smooth and continuous production.
D. The water tank with special shape to avoid splattering of water.
E. Gluing roller with unique design (when the machine runs at high speed, it speeds up, while the machine stops, it slows down) avoids wearing of the roller when glue is not given.
F. Unique front lay ensures accurate registration of laminating.
G. Both the metering roller and the cleaning roller runs at even speed for the even glue application and complete cleaning.
H. All the rollers are equipped with overload protection device.

E. Pressing and conveying unit:
A. With the help of pressing strip, the laminated paper coming from the main unit enters into the conveying unit.
B. The pressing and conveying unit with conveying belt, makes laminated paper firm and flat.
C. The adjustable upper conveying belt is used for various size of paper.
D. The speed of conveying unit can be adjusted by the hand wheel, which ensures different thickness of paper to be well pressed.

F. Electric control system:
A. The machine adopts frequency converter for speed regulating, PLC control and analog-to digital conversion to guarantee the running precision.
B. Main motor and feeder adopt double frequency converter for speed regulating and centralized control, which enables synchron lamination.
C. Imported electric components with high quality and almost trouble-free.
D. The touch screen is easy to operate and shows operator abnormal working condition of the machine to facilitate troubleshooting.

G. Driving System:
A. The gluing unit, bottom paper feeding unit and pressing unit use gear, sprocket wheel to ensure synchronization.
B. Integrating mechanical and electrical with air, the machine is convenient to operate and adjust.
