A. TMB-C Series Semi-Automatic Flute Laminator uses vacuum-sucking paper conveying type for the bottom paper and top paper is fed manually by hand while the operator is standing at the side of the machine. This type of design is labor effective with low purchasing and production cost, remaining the features of easy operation and maintenance.
B. The core designed rubber roller together with knurled steel roller enhances the evenness of gluing, strength of stickiness, as well as lowering the production cost.
C. Balance-tested rollers, tight assembling technique makes the machine runs quite stable.
D. The machine adopts automatic glue supply and recyclable glue circulating system.
E. Top or bottom sheet detectors are installed on the machine and the machines will automatically stop while shortage of sheets_either top or bottom one is detected. The electric parts used are all world wide available brand or well-known Chinese brand.
F. All material bought from outside are inspected according to ISO-9001 standard and the key parts such as bearings are imported ones.
G. The bottom sheet for this machine can be A, B, C, D, E, F flute corrugated sheet. It can do3 or 5 ply board to sheet lamination or board to board lamination. The range for top paper can be 150-600 GSM with top paper advance or alignment function.

H. You may meet such difficulties during production: The corrugated sheet or cardboard is warp or not smooth or too thin and difficult to transfer, so we did a manual feeding device to TMB-C series flute laminator.
This part can be provided as part of TMB-C series flute laminator or as an independent type of the machine. While taking CS part as one part of the C series flute laminator, you can just dismount the screw that connects the feeding part and the main machine part, pull away the automatic feeding device and connects the manual part to the machine.
The device is equipped with universal castors which are easy for dismounting and remounting.
